Madrid Jets (operated by Private Jet Charter S.L.) is an air charter broker acting solely as an intermediary between third-party aircraft operators and the client. Madrid Jets arranges air transportation by chartering aircraft from the operator, acting as an agent for and on behalf of the client. Madrid Jets does not operate aircraft itself, is not a direct or indirect air carrier, and does not provide air transportation services.
This website is operated by Private Jet Charter SL, trading as “Madrid Jets” (“we”, “us”, “our”), a company incorporated in Spain , tax identification number B22459614.

2. Our role as a broker
Private Jet Charter SL is a charter flight broker that provides access to a global fleet of aircraft operated by third parties. We act solely as an intermediary between you and the air carrier. We do not operate aircraft, we hold no Air Operator Certificate, and we are not a contracting carrier or an indirect carrier.
All flights are performed by licensed air carriers holding the certifications required in their jurisdiction, including EASA and FAA Part 135 operators. The operating carrier is responsible for the operation of the flight, for the airworthiness of the aircraft and for the conduct of its crew.
3. Quotes and bookings
Quotes issued through this website or by any other channel are indicative until confirmed in writing, and are subject to aircraft availability, slot availability, permits and operator acceptance at the time of booking. A booking is only formed once a charter agreement has been signed and the agreed payment has been received.
Prices quoted are for the specific routing, dates and passenger numbers requested. Changes to the itinerary, delays, extended crew duty, de-icing, additional handling or airport fees and other costs outside our control may alter the final amount payable.
4. Use of this website
You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website or any system connected to it, to introduce malicious code, or to use automated means to extract content in a way that disrupts normal operation.
The content of this website, including text, images, logos and design, is owned by or licensed to Private Jet Charter SL and may not be reproduced without prior written permission.
